No matter what brand of camera you shoot with, what you shoot, or where you’ve shot… there’s one thing that almost all photographers have in common. Every photographer at least once in their shooting life will use a camera strap! Most photographers will use the best leather camera strap as it’s the most durable and easy to clean but some can opt for fabric straps if they want to. Over the years, we’ve made some good friends, and have developed many loyal customers like you. We’ve served your families and friends for years, and you’ve supported Henry’s for just as long.

To celebrate Henry’s 100th anniversary in 2009, we introduced the Henry’s camera strap to go along with your new camera! Throughout the years, Henry’s camera straps have shown up in some interesting places. Personally, whenever I travel outside of my hometown, it’s a rare occasion when I don’t see at least one orange and white camera strap around a photographer’s neck! Our camera straps have been everywhere, including most recently on our School of Imaging’s Photo Adventure tour to Peru. There’s even photo evidence of Henry’s camera straps being used at the Royal Wedding within the last few years, as well as many other places! |

That’s all well and good, but we want photo evidence of where in the world YOU have used YOUR Henry’s camera strap! We’re putting together a photo wall in our flagship downtown Toronto store, and we’re inviting you to become a part of our ongoing history. We want to feature photos of you, our fans and customers, wearing your Henry’s camera strap anywhere in the world you’ve taken it.
Maybe you’ve taken it on a safari in Africa, or perhaps you wore it on an expedition through the Antarctic. Did you go trekking through the rainforest with your Henry’s camera strap in tow? Or perhaps you had a more relaxing vacation on the beaches of Cuba, with your camera on the chair next to you?
This photographer encourages you to comb through your archives and find a photo of yourself, your family, or your friends, wearing the Henry’s camera strap. We’ll print out your photo and include it in our store’s “Have Strap, Will Travel” display to be a part of the Henry’s family. As an added incentive, we’re giving away a $100 Henry’s gift card to one of you who submit your photos!
