Honouring the Women Around Us

Gillian Stein

Gillian Stein, Henry’s Chief Executive Officer

As a strong female led company, we honour not only the amazing women leaders we have within our organization, but all the female creators who share their talent with the world. This year’s theme is #BreakTheBias, to put an end to the potential biases that affect female creators, who may be overlooked for opportunities based on their gender through discrimination or stereotyping.

Whether deliberate or unintentional, bias makes it difficult for women to move ahead and they are often overlooked despite their level of talent and experience.
